Our Pledge To You

As we rise to meet the challenges brought on by the pandemic and recent events, our first thoughts continue to be about the safety and well-being of our employees, residents, and communities. Since 1958 we’ve worked hard to ensure affordable housing is available in Western, PA. We know this is a challenging time for all of us. As we all work to protect what matters most – our health and the health and safety of our families – we also understand that our homes play an important role in our well-being. Now more than ever, our health and the health of our community depends on everyone having an affordable place to call home.

We want you to know we are here to help. In the spirit of caring for one another, we are committed to ensuring that our region’s residents are not faced with the threat of losing their housing in the middle of a global pandemic and economic crisis. We know that the impacts of eviction proceedings can be devastating. We also know that applying for rental relief can be complicated and confusing, and we’re here to help. We have trained and expanded our staff to help our residents apply for housing relief programs that allow our tenants to stay in their homes throughout this crisis.

Times are tough. Let’s work together.

If you’re experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 and are unable to make your regular rent payments, we can help, but time is critical. Brandywine tenants who do not want to apply for rental assistance programs can choose to pursue mediation as an alternative to a court hearing. As a last resort and only if residents choose not to apply for housing relief or mediation, Brandywine will pursue a Landlord and Tenant action through the court. We will do everything in our power to avoid taking this action.

R Number Submission

Returning Brandywine CARES Rent Relief Program applicants use this form to submit your CARES R Number to our Account Services Team.

Residents are encouraged to continue making payments though our Resident Portal. This is a safe and secure way to submit your payments along with maintenance requests.
