Our Pledge To You

As we rise to meet the continuous challenges this pandemic presents, we are first and foremost committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. Since 1958, we’ve worked hard to ensure affordable housing is available in Western PA. Regardless of the status of eviction moratoriums, we will continue to work to protect what matters most – keeping our residents housed. Whether there is an eviction moratorium on the books or not, we are committed to work with you to apply for the Allegheny County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and/or engage in mediation with you. Now more than ever, our health and the health of our community depends on everyone having an affordable place to call home.

Applying for rental relief can be complicated and confusing, and we’re here to help. We have trained and expanded our staff to help our residents apply for housing relief programs that allow our residents to stay in their homes throughout this crisis.
