As of July 1, 2026, ACTION-Housing transitioned property management from Supportive Housing Management Services (SHMS) to Brandywine Communities. ACTION-Housing remains the owner of your building. Your tenancy has not been interrupted.

No — there are no plans for your building to close.

We understand this is an important concern and want to assure you there is no change to where you call home.

Your building has remained open throughout this transition and there are no plans for it to close as a result of this change in management. This transition was simply about who manages the property, not whether your community continues to operate.

You can continue living in your home as you do today, with the same expectations and support in place. If anything were to change in the future, you would be informed well in advance.
